TUUX REFUNDS and RETURNS

1. RETURNS

You can request a return for goods you have purchased on tuux.gt . You have 14 days to return a good once you have received your order.

Please note that we have a no exchange or return policy for personalized goods, goods created for your own and final sale pieces are nonrefundable.

All returns must be in perfect condition, and come with their original packaging:

  • We are unable to accept returns on items that are scratched, damaged or that are not returned in their undamaged original packaging. Unfortunately, in these situations, the items will be returned to you, and at your own cost.
  • Womenswear – must be returned in perfect condition and the swing tags must still be attached.
  • Earrings and personal accessories are not returnable or refundable for hygiene reasons.
  • All products that come in their own box, including accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.

To return your product, you should mail your product to TUUX. Please email customerservice@tuux.gt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

2. REFUNDS

Once our warehouse receives and processes your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 14 business days. You will be refunded the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluding shipping charges. Keep in mind that personalized goods, goods created for your own and final sale pieces are nonrefundable. 

TUUX is unable to refund taxes/duties since it’s the country as to which the order is shipped that collects the taxes/duties. You will need to contact your local customs authority directly to claim these duty charges back.

3. QUALITY GUARANTEE

In the case you receive a damaged item please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If you find an issue with your product within the guarantee period please contact Customer Services who will be able to advise you.
